+ 29.Nov.06 Uncle Seth Live at the Opening of the Virtual U-Turn Cafe

November 25, 2006 will always be a special day to me as that night I was in Boston, Uncle Seth was in Toronto and we were all rocking in Second Life at the Virtual U-Turn Cafe.

I couldn’t have done this without the support of Britney Mason and Uncle Seth. Be sure to check them out and show your support.

I also need to thank David Newland for opening up the show. I don’t have permission to play his tunes yet but hope to soon!

Congrats on the opening of the Cafe, I know it’s something that you’ve been looking forward to doing for a long time. We were so proud to be a part of it.

Glad the bootleg turned out okay! :-) The method was - stream to iTunes, iTunes to Audio Hijack Pro to MP3 to CC.

Here’s my “photos” from the evening.

When you think about it, we had photos, we had video, we had bootleg recordings… the only thing we didn’t have was a way to get real drinks to attendees :-)

The disadvantage of being a ninja is that very often you’re unintentionally invisible :)

I’m so glad you did this podcast, cause I had to duck out of the show early to catch the last bus back to Hamilton, so I missed the last few songs. Not only that, but I was distracted from hearing the new sound of Uncle Seth while I was selling CDs and T-shirts and whatnot. I totally missed the re-hash of the “give’r” situation with Jay! Oh, Boston…
Thanks C.C. And in case you missed my shouting in the background (and Tara mentioning my shouting in the background), I love you C.C.!!

Thanks for this podcast. I had family obligations that night, and couldn’t attend in SL. Sounded awesome! I did jump in and checked out the Cafe Monday. Place looks Awesome!
