+ 08.Jan.07 Nashville State of Mind

Come the end of the February this little music podcast is going to head on down south to Nashville to visit family and friends. But, I’m also hoping to get together every artist on today’s show to hang out, have some food and hopefully perform. If plans firm up you can be damn sure I’ll share all the details here.

I’m in a Nashville State of Mind

A big welcome back to my buddies Bob & AJ after a way to long hiatus. I love those guys and can’t wait to listen!

Also, as I chatted if your looking for me other places I blog at CC-Chapman.com, do a marketing podcast at Managing the Gray, chilled out acoustic podcast at The U-Turn Cafe, and most recently started the video podcast One Guy’s Thoughts.

I buy most of my CDs at gigs, where I can usually get them signed. Never got rond to purchasing online music.

I’m a podcatcher since September of 2005, but I’ve only bought four podsafe songs yet. Here’s why: I don’t have a credit card. However, last month I discovered that you can buy prepaid cards for iTunes so I decided to get one ($15 value).

I believe that podcasting helps to sell podsafe music, because that makes music of podsafe artists more accessible. I don’t think that many listeners want to search the PMN for good music. That’s where podcasting comes in: all you have to do is subscribe to a podcast and then you’ll get some great tunes on your MP3 player automatically.

In the time it took for me to notice CC did that, he put out something like 14 more shows and celebrated Accident Hash’s 2 year anniversary. Happy 2nd CC, but you’ll forgive me if I say I still miss Reality Bitchslap radio […]
