Hey thanks for the great description of my music in your podshow. I really appreciate it! That song was a one-take thing. I just rolled the drum loop and laid out the guitar, bam, on the first take. Then I went back and laid in the bass guitar afterwards.
I hate how I can do that 1/200th of the time, and the rest it’s like pulling teeth to write a song.

That Beau Hall track was great on the treadmill – got me going a lot better than I expected today, so I had to rewind and play it again. Try THAT on commercial radio in the gym!
