On Friday May 30, 2008 I held a small house concert in my living room to kick off what I hope to become a new tradition. The small gathering got to listen to Matthew Ebel and Tom Acousti both play great sets of music. On today’s Accident Hash you get to hear Tom’s set from the night.

Tom was my very first love, in high school a million years ago. It has been years since I have heard his voice, but is as sweet as I remember it. And it is so nice to hear him talk on this podcast. If I close my eyes I still see him at 16 years old, precocious and talented and beautiful. Alla y’all are truly blessed to have been in the room for this performance!!

I first heard Tom in the early 90’s at college. I was blown away by his talent and voice. It was good to finally hear him again on this podcast and know he is still out there playing fantastic music. Loved it!
